chore(release): prepare Runtime 0.127.0 and Bench 0.8.0

What this preserves

• removes superseded Runtime loop aliases
• updates Runtime and Bench package versions for the accumulated public changes
• records the corrected eight-case DeepSeek/Pi run without allowing failed runs to overwrite it
• routes the agent-graph author and reviser through AgentProfile and Runtime instead of direct Router HTTP
• preserves the already-merged skill experiment evidence while making future smoke runs non-destructive

Proven on this branch

• agent-graphs focused tests: 4/4 pass
• agent-graphs full zero-cost improvement smoke: pass
• Bench public typecheck: pass
• merge-tree against current origin/main: clean
• live author path: Pi through Tangle Router with DeepSeek V4 Flash; 8/8 cases scorable
• prompt cache: 110,592 of 159,370 input tokens served from cache in that run

Completion criteria before merge

• all GitHub checks pass on the current head
• newest automated review has no unresolved blocking finding
• Runtime package tests pass after the merge from main
• Bench package tests pass after the merge from main
• package/version consistency checks pass for Runtime 0.127.0 and Bench 0.8.0
• packed-package checks pass
• no direct model/provider HTTP remains in either agent-graphs runner
• generated and checked-in version files match package manifests

Explicitly not a Discovery milestone

This PR does not claim that Discovery has completed a pursuit or that the agent-graphs skill experiment proves recursive research. It only makes the shared Runtime work publishable and leaves a handoff another agent can finish if this session ends.

Closing as superseded, without deleting the branch. Runtime 0.127.0 and 0.128.0 have since shipped through #725/#730, and this branch now conflicts with main and would remove the retained gen3 records added by #726. Any still-useful model-call cleanup belongs in #728 on current main rather than reviving this release branch.
