1.5.2 (the previously pinned resolution) compiles on macOS but fails on
linux with newer toolchains: Logging.swift passes the optional result of
localtime(&timestamp) straight into strftime. 1.6.0 contains the guard-let
unwrap fix. resolves 1.15.0.
