`makeDefaultLogger` emitted a `.debug(...)` banner immediately after setting the level. v2.0.2 defaulted both process-wide loggers to `.critical`, so the call could no longer print at all — and while it could print, its advice ("set the log level to .critical to disable") named a change the caller could not make: assigning `.critical` to the logger is what runs the initializer that emits it.
the function is now a single `settingLogLevel` expression. the per-operation `enter:` instrumentation is untouched — a caller passing `logLevel: .debug` still gets it (measured 118 B on stderr), while the default path authors nothing (0 B). 56 tests / 8 suites green.
