Can you create a font like the one in the picture?

I think this font is nice and interesting.
I once edited this image with ACDSee back in the Windows XP era.

Are you referring to the shadow behind the letters? PhotoDemon doesn't have a "one-click" solution for this, but it's fairly easy to achieve manually:

1. Create a text layer.
2. Duplicate that text layer (right-click the layer in the right-side toolbox, and select Duplicate layer).
3. Select the bottom of the two text layers, and make sure its color is black (using the text options toolbar at the top of the window, while the text tool is selected)
4. Use the Effects > Blur > Gaussian blur menu to blur the black, bottom text layer.
5. Use the Move tool to move the newly blurry layer a little bit in the direction you want. Turning off the View > Snap feature may make this easier.
