fix(workflow): Update resource pack path in workflows

Update `build-mod.yml` and `release-mod.yml` to reflect the new location of `SuperPickaxe_ResourcePack.zip` in the `resourcepacks/` directory. This ensures CI/CD workflows correctly locate the resource pack for building and releasing.
