• Model discovery runs when Q opens or its provider changes; refresh the catalog

  GPT-6.1 Sol, GPT-6 Astra, Claude Sonnet 5.5, and Claude Opus 5.5.
• Codex effort choices come from the account's model catalog; API-provider effort
  choices use model-specific rules. Auto keeps the provider's default.
• Three softly pulsing dots replace the thinking shimmer and glow.
• The island stays open while its Q menus are being used.
