Breaking change to move OS-specific asm for stack initialization from lib/runtime.c into the generated asm files,
and to add alignment pseudo ops in the generated asm to get rid of compiler warnings under newer versions of
MacOS. Added -arch x86_64 flag to compiler command for MacOS to allow Admiran to run under Rosetta 2 on
Apple silicon based Macs.
