For Files and Systems clients, update ssh connection timeouts to 5 minutes. Previously Files had been 2 minutes and Systems had been whatever the default is for the library.
We have seen some ssh connection timeout issues recently that have led to problems.

Not clear why these have started showing up fairly recently. Could be due to increased load on the k8s cluster
