Deliver the living end goal in PR #181 through current document logic, WorkflowRun identity, an implicit transactional Workspace, deterministic local and external effects, enforceable read-only Agent authority, supervised composition, explicit continuation, and certification. Evidence PRs #350, #353, and #362 remain unmerged POCs; production work is tracked by focused child issues.
