Homebrew 装的也能一键更新，不用再退出等 brew

• 更新只剩「下载并更新」一个按钮，装法不同也一样：先下载校验，退出后一两秒就回来
• 之前 Homebrew 用户要先退出 App，再等 brew 在后台下载，菜单栏图标一直是空的
• 打开更新弹窗不再卡顿几十秒

GitPic.app

GitPic-<version>-macos-arm64.dmg in this release is the macOS menu-bar
app, same version as the CLI and with that CLI embedded. Open it and drag
GitPic across to Applications.

It is ad-hoc signed and not notarised, so macOS refuses to open it
after download until you clear the quarantine flag:
