Changes
- added spout sender translation, any pipewire video stream that is with pipewire role of "Production" and pipewire class of "Stream/Output/Video" and its name starts with "spout:" and shares a dma buf fd, would be translated into a spout sender for the windows program (e.g. spout background from Obs-pwvideo new pipewire filter into VTS)
- added a dynamically built spout2pw as experimental,
until now spout2pw was carrying its own mini pipewire build inside of it, this new experimental version, would use your current system pipewire instead of it carrying a whole pipewire build, it decreases from total space of spout2pw, increases launch time a little bit, but most importantly, sometimes the pipewire built inside of spout2pw would conflict with pipewire installed on the system, since the experimental version uses the system installed pipewire, it would lack that conflicting situation, but at the same time, it would add the dependency on pipewire that it should be installed on the system for it to work, while the none experimental version, since it is carrying its own built pipewire, would not need that, since I'm not quite sure that it would work on ALL systems with installed pipewire, it would be experimental for now. - fixed wine 10 compatibility mode where the launcher script would not apply the environment variable for wine 10 correctly
- fixed a race condition on wine 11, where multiple spout receivers would cause flicker in all spout receivers.
- fixed a small memory leak on translation of each spout receiver on wine 11, it was a really small memory leak, 64 bit per spout receiver, but still.
for proton 11 compatibility list, please refer to 0.2.7 release for now, it is the same still.
Known Issues
- all versions of spout2pw crashes on shoost
