Dark Souls Remastered Apworld & Client v0.1.5

Poptracker support + Bugfixes for auto map tabbing.

Version update -> 0.1.5. Both apworld and client have updated.

• Client is mostly compatible with all 0.1.x generated apworlds.
• Auto Map Tabbing functionality between 0.1.4 and 0.1.5 is not compatible. As a result, if you update your client, apworld, or poptracker pack, please update all of them (to v0.1.5, v0.1.5, and v1.1.1 respectively)

New features:

• Auto map tabbing for the poptracker pack (requires poptracker pack v1.1.1 - found at https://github.com/routhken/Dark_Souls_Remastered_tracker/releases/tag/v1.1.1 ).

Fixes:

• For map tracking, Andre's now detected as being in UP instead of Upper UB.

Special notes:

• Map tracking in this version of the client and apworld requires newest poptracker pack due to changing indices. This includes tracking in Universal Tracker (which relies on the poptracker pack)
