New name: Visor — media previews for Claude Code (was Preview for Claude Code).

Install: download visor-for-claude-code-0.2.0.vsix below, then in VS Code: Extensions → … → Install from VSIX…
If you installed the old Preview for Claude Code, uninstall it first: the extension ID changed.
