Release tooling only — the APK has no behaviour change from v0.0.83.

• release.sh no longer creates the plugin's tag: hermes-mobile-plugin's own CI
  (auto-tag.yml) owns tag → wheel/sdist → GitHub Release → PyPI. Previously the
  plugin could be tagged with no artifacts and nothing published to PyPI.
• release.sh now runs on macOS/BSD (portable in-place edits, no GNU-only sed)
  and derives both repo paths from its own location instead of a hardcoded ~/.
• check_versions.sh honours PLUGIN_TAG_PENDING, prefers the plugin repo's venv
  interpreter, and the pre-commit hook resolves the app repo among
  HERMES_APP_REPO, $PWD, the sibling checkout and the legacy path.

Verified: the contract check completes consistent (app 0.0.84 / plugin 0.0.32) and
this APK is the CI-built, release-signed artifact.

Hermes Mobile 0.0.83

Release build of Hermes Mobile v0.0.83 (signed v2).

Includes the code-review fixes (trusted-host allowlist, auth key scoped to the configured host, same-origin attachment downloads, installs refused without SHA256SUMS, LIKE-wildcard escaping, default port 8642) and a repaired release pipeline: the Gradle wrapper is restored, CI now builds and verifies a signed assembleRelease instead of publishing a debug APK, and the runner image is pinned.
