• npm distribution: npx page-foundry install now installs the skill. A root package.json (unscoped name, files whitelist, zero deps, no postinstall hook) plus bin/page-foundry.js, a dependency-free no-network installer (install/update/uninstall/where; flags --project/--agents/--dir/--with-commands/--dry-run/--force). It preserves a customized voice.md across updates and guards uninstall to real page-foundry directories
• voice_scan.py strips markdown images and inline HTML from .md before scanning, so a README with shields.io badges and a centered header scans clean instead of false-flagging badge ! as exclamation points
• README rebuilt: centered header, brand-colored badges, a hero of the live page, the four install channels
