Minor release: versioncheck overhaul, default-image refresh, and moved-repo fixes.

Added

• polygon-zkevm migrated from the archived zkevm-node to cdk-erigon (ghcr.io/0xpolygon/cdk-erigon), with a hermez-mainnet config and bumped resources.

Changed

• versioncheck: semver-max tag selection, Docker Hub pagination, op-stack service-build tag rejection, and tokenless Google Artifact Registry access.
• Refreshed ~48 default node images to latest stable.
• Repointed 13 chains with moved/renamed repos: morph, dogecoin, kava, sei, dymension, solana, core, metis, taiko, manta-pacific, plasma, boba-eth, hashkey.

Removed

• Dropped version tracking for chains with no public image (cronos, telos, fantom, wemix, shibarium, bittorrent, sonic, zircuit, moca); pinned defaults unchanged.

Note: GitHub Actions runners are not provisioning (billing), so the release-image workflow did not run — the container image must be built/pushed manually.
