TS 6.0 tightened side-effect-import resolution: a bare `import "./globals.css"` (and the @fontsource/* stylesheet imports in layout.tsx) now errors TS2882 without an explicit ambient module. Add `declare module "*.css"`. Harmless under the current TS, and unblocks the 5.9 -> 6.0.3 bump. tsc + eslint + build verified green under TS 6.0.3. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
