Call Bots 0.8.0

Adjust outgoing microphone volume live in Aloqa, from 0–200%, for one bot
or all current bots. Mute stays independent, and each bot keeps its volume
through microphone restarts and automatic rejoins.
Volume sliders stay out of the way until needed. Use the speaker icon on a
bot card or Volume in the All bots bar. The shared control shows
Mixed when bots have different settings.
Five refreshed recordings in English and Russian: Neil deGrasse Tyson,
Shakira, Efim Shifrin, Valdis Pelsh, and Roman Kartsev. The clips have
balanced loudness and smooth loop boundaries, with clearer speech for
bots 1 and 5.

All recordings are included in the update. Newly started bots use them
automatically; custom voice files in your fixtures folder retain priority.
