HolyPipe v1.1.0

- Built-in MCP server (/mcp) for AI agents (Claude, Copilot, Codex, ...),
  with a new personal-access-token system and dashboard "API Tokens" panel
- Atomic shadow-table swap for full_refresh syncs, so a destination table
  is never visible half-loaded to a concurrent reader (e.g. Superset)
