Subset queries now scan canonical intervals directly, returning on the first uncovered range without allocating a complete difference. The file CLI passes successful reads directly across the JS boundary, handles an initial JSONL BOM, gives a clear UTF-16 diagnostic, and reports output failures with exit code 2.

Release packaging now requires clean, unchanged source by default and includes the MoonBit core LICENSE and NOTICE. Portable packages are checked on Windows Node.js 22.3.0; CI also exercises the minimum supported Node version.

Adds file-based CIDR normalization and semantic diff for IPv4/IPv6 policy lists, with JSON output, source-line diagnostics and distinct exit codes for changes and errors. Existing library and JSONL APIs remain available.

Validation includes four MoonBit targets, independent Python and prefix-tree checks, file CLI process checks, isolated archive consumption and portable CLI checks. Deterministic native benchmark data is included in the repository.
