• Explicit rename <id> <new-id> with configuration-reference migration,
  preflight conflict checks, private backups, and --dry-run.
• remove <id> --apps <apps> removes agent-local providers, including entries
  never imported into agentsw, without deleting the central store or other apps.
• list --apps <apps> lists local provider IDs. The interactive menu now offers
  rename and scoped removal with previews and confirmation.

Changed

• Automatically named providers use the full hostname plus protocol, including
  single-protocol endpoints. Explicit IDs and existing account names stay stable.
• Import deduplication distinguishes credentials and prefers explicit provider
  names over generated IDs for the same account.
• Provider removal validates all planned changes and backs up affected files
  before mutation, retaining the central entry if app cleanup fails preflight.
