Pandora's Gate v0.1.0

Rename: Pandora's Box → Pandora's Gate

Product name, app id (com.davintaddeo.pandorasgate), package name,
artifact names, cask (Casks/pandoras-gate.rb), workflow, docs, prompts,
telemetry service name, and all UI strings. The GitHub repo is renamed
to tdarwin/pandoras_gate (old URLs redirect).

One-time userData migration moves app-state, models, and logs from the
old "pandoras-box" directory; safeStorage secrets are tied to the old
keychain item and must be re-entered once (OpenRouter key, sync token).
