ClaudeBar v0.5.20
What's New
Changed
- An app's own server on Windows: a provider reading an app's server on this machine, as Antigravity's
localsource does, now reads it on Windows, running no program to find it. Mac quotas are unchanged. → docs (#590) - A quota turns low when it will run out before it resets: with the warning on, colours and alerts follow the forecast, so a quota on pace is never marked low and the threshold setting is gone. (#613) → docs
Fixed
- No pool line for a single login: when only one of your logins has a percent left (the other shows just a balance), the popover no longer says "62% left across 1 login"; that login's card already says it. A balance-only login is no longer counted as 100% left either. (#630)
- Alibaba shows the Alibaba Cloud logo: the provider's card, popover and menu bar carried a question-mark placeholder; now the official mark sits on the brand-orange tile, in light and dark. (#622)
Added
- Told when a login signs out: when a refresh finds a sign-in has ended, one notification says so with what to run, Claude · work signed out, and again only after you sign back in. Webhooks can send it too, with a new "Signed-out alerts" tick. (#621) → docs
- Hide the notch when nothing's happening: Settings → General → When Nothing's Happening can now hide the notch instead of showing the quota, so it appears only while a session works, waits for you or just finished, or a quota runs low. (#627) → docs
- Linux runs a CLI fetch on a pseudo-terminal: Claude's and Kimi's CLI sources and Codex's tty fallback read their screen there as the Mac does — the Mac's interactive session became one copy, and Linux answers it with a pty of its own. (#615) → docs
- A product's logins sum to one pool: from two logins, the popover adds what its logins have left — "340% left across 3 logins". (#617) → docs
- An empty product can rest: turn on Rest when empty per product and, while every login has run out, its pill and menu-bar readout dim with a RESTING label until a refresh shows room. Its switch stays yours. (#619) → docs
- Recap by webhook: at the first refresh after your week turns, the weekly recap travels to your webhooks — a one-line Slack message or a full JSON body, next to your quota alerts. Same Webhooks settings, a new "Weekly recap" tick. (#620) → docs
- Windows reads a CLI's screen: Claude's and Kimi's CLI sources and Codex's tty fallback run in a pseudo console there, typed into and rendered as on the Mac. (#625) → docs
- Usage by project: the year's card splits usage by folder — marron 41%, api 33% — from each line's working directory. (#616) → docs
- A local API and MCP server for agents: Settings → Local API serves your quotas read-only on 127.0.0.1:19848, so an agent can ask before a big task: will I run out, which login should I use?
claude mcp add --transport http claudebar http://127.0.0.1:19848/mcp(#618) → docs - The recap covers months and exports as an HTML report: pick This month or Last month, and the card's share button saves the recap on screen — total, change, a bar per day, the models — as one file, light or dark in any browser. (#624) → docs
