docs: document seat and credit tier pricing with seat limits - #232

Billing page now explains that credits are bought per seat: the plan card carries a credits/seat/month tier and the space's monthly credits are the purchased seats times that tier. Updates the per-plan allowances, replaces the fixed yearly discount with a pointer to the Plan page, and documents the checkout flow, scheduled period-end changes and Undo. Adds a Seats section: seats are bought up front and are a hard limit, so invitations, invite links, direct additions and role promotions are rejected once they run out. Rewrites the stale invitation-confirmation FAQ and the credit allocation answers. Also renames the App Builder Secrets "Key format" row to "Name format" to match the UI, and scopes the record list take=100 cap to cloud API keys created on or after 2026-09-10.
