New Python scripts replace MCP-only Google integration with direct API access
that works in both Cowork and Claude Code:
- sheets-tracker.py: add/update/query tracking sheet rows via service account
- drive-uploader.py: upload .docx + assets to organized Drive folder hierarchy

Agent 08 and 09 now call these scripts instead of relying on MCP tools.
Brand profile stores tracking_sheet_id and drive_output_folder_id permanently.
Dependencies auto-install on first run (gspread, google-api-python-client).
