• blq mcp install: Create .mcp.json for agent discovery
• blq mcp serve: Renamed from blq serve
• Security controls: Disable sensitive tools via config or BLQ_MCP_DISABLED_TOOLS env var
• Idempotent registration: register_command safely handles existing commands
• run_now parameter: Register and run a command in one call
• Prefix detection: exec() detects registered command prefixes and uses run() for cleaner refs
