Bank rules can now carry the condition that decides which lines they match.

A bank rule has two halves: what it matches, and what it posts. Only the second half could be set from here, so any rule created through the assistant or the command line was built without a condition — and a rule without one is never offered by automatic reconciliation. It would sit in your rule list, apply if you ran it by hand, and otherwise do nothing.

Creating a rule now takes its condition, reading a rule shows it, and updating a rule leaves it alone unless you say otherwise — so editing a rule's account or reference no longer wipes the matching it was built on. Conditions can test the description, reference, contact name, amount or date on a bank line.
