v7.2.0
Nine PRs landed since 7.1.0. Highlights:
- New ways to build and emit tables: object-form construction (#135), incremental output via
table.renderTo(stream)(#130), and explicit nested per-cell options with locked precedence (#134) - Geometry is now exact: column widths are allocated without floating-point rounding, reserving the closing border and table edges — a
width: Ntable renders exactly N wide (#127); the width cache invalidates on terminal resize while the adapter keeps its cached width (#126) - ANSI styling survives wrapping: boundary and inline styles no longer clobber each other across wrapped lines (#132)
- MCP server validates
render_tableoptions in the direct handler, failing bad types with a clear message instead of mid-render (#129) - Hardening: randomized render-invariant suite (#133) and a CI commit-hygiene gate with CONTRIBUTING.md (#136)
