Bug-fix release on the 7.x line, from two merged PRs.

Grapheme-accurate widths (#128). Column measurement now follows terminal rendering instead of code-point counting: ZWJ emoji sequences, regional-indicator flags, keycaps, skin-tone modifiers, and variation-selector emoji (❤️ ☺️ ✂️) each occupy their true two cells. Previously 👍🏽 reserved four cells and a family emoji up to eight, misaligning any table that contained them.

Streaming CLI fixes (#131). The tty-table adapter now accumulates parsed rows so interactive redraws end on the complete table rather than a one-record ticker; redirected stdout receives exactly one plain frame with no cursor-control escape codes; and the "No input" explanation fires on TTYs again.
