Small fixes, the fun stuff to start off 2024!

  • Fixed a bug that caused the Voting board for both Exfil and Rampage to not function properly
  • Changed the voting check for bots from using pers[IsBot] to checking if self.bot is defined for bots (the patch notes that mentions the previous change will be adjusted to avoid confusion). This was done to improve the code a little more.
  • Removed the extra string in the Rampage Statue that mentions players must be near the statue to activate. This was old text and is no longer the requirement.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the voting board to show incorrect "Votes Left" number.
