v2.3 - Some party games!

As mentioned on the previous version, I was gonna take a short break to deliver some fun gamemodes to spice the game up.

In this update I added two new gamemodes! Gun Game and Cranked!

Gun Game:

Get kills to advance to the next gun, reach to the end of the ladder to win. Every down you go down the ladder.

Cranked:

Get kills to reset the timer, as rounds go by the timer will shrink. Once the timer runs out or you are downed, you're eliminated!

To enable a gamemode, simply set the gamemode dvar to your liking:
0 for normal
1 for Gun Game
and 2 for Cranked

For now only one other dvar is customizable and its for Gun Games gun ladder.
0 for regular guns
and 1 for regular + their pack a punched version (Uses a A,B,A,B,A,B pattern)

Other Fixes:

• Moved the Deposit location from Global ATM to another location in the bank in Tranzit, when I initially tested this I didnt think about Towns Speed Cola location when I only tested it on Tranzit.
