v2.4 - Map fixes for gamemodes

Shorter but this just fixes Mob of the Dead loading in when trying to play Gun Game or Cranked.
Also with this, playing those modes will:

• Have perks powered on automatically
• Afterlife specific doors are open
• Dying will not take you to after life

This is still a rough fix and next update there will be more polishing and probably more options for both modes. Stay tuned!
