HomeSounds Sync v0.1.0

First public release.

Play Apple Music to multiple HomePods (AirPlay 2) and local Mac speakers at the same time, in sync. Each local speaker gets its own delay so it lines up with the AirPlay group.

Install (macOS 15.0+)

git clone https://github.com/techjuicelab/homesounds-sync
cd homesounds-sync
./setup.sh

Then open HomeSounds Sync, pick your AirPlay + local speakers, and press Turn On. See the README for tuning.

Notes: builds OwnTone locally for AirPlay 2 (loopback-only); needs the System Audio Recording permission. English / Korean UI.
