  • Online scores: pasting the server's address (Ctrl+V, or Cmd+V on a
    Mac) replaces what the field holds, and the screen says how to paste.
  • Online scores: the Single Player tiles show the group's best six for
    each mode around your own row, as the original showed your friends'
    (the right stick and the shoulder buttons scroll them).

You need your own copy of the Xbox Live Arcade game: the first start asks for it and makes the data folder (see "Getting started" in the README).

  • Windows: x64, code-signed. Unzip and run geow2.exe.
  • macOS: universal (Apple silicon and Intel), macOS 11 or later, signed and notarized. Unzip and open geow2.app.
  • Linux: x86-64, needs a Vulkan driver. Unpack and run geow2.
  • Steam Deck and Linux, Flatpak: install from https://geow2.com/flatpak/ (updates come through Discover or flatpak update). The .flatpak file is the same app as a single file. The -flatpak-repo archive is what geow2.com serves.

Verify a download: sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS --ignore-missing, or gh attestation verify <file> -R techknight/geow2.
