Tính năng mới

  • Thêm endpoint GET /api/rules/role/:id_name để lấy rules theo role ID hoặc name
  • Hỗ trợ tìm kiếm theo role ID (số) hoặc role name (chuỗi)
  • Thêm migration cho stored procedure get_rules_by_role để tối ưu hiệu suất
  • Thêm test script list_rule_has_role.py
