postgres-ha-lab 1.0.0 — first measured snapshot

First measured snapshot: Patroni + etcd on amd64 Rocky 8 guests under QEMU on Apple Silicon, and pgBackRest over mutual TLS.

• Leader killed with SIGKILL: promotion inside 10–20 s (10 s poll resolution), timeline 1 → 2, the pre-kill row survived; old primary rejoined via pg_rewind.
• Replica rebuilt from the pgBackRest repository in ~5 s (restore 5,020 ms) without reading the primary.
• Point-in-time restore recovered a dropped table: 5 of 5 rows.

Known gap: the etcd and Patroni bootstrap is published commands with exact config files, not yet a playbook.
