Fixes the "My account" tickets from beta.5

My account tickets now actually send. In beta.5 the SEND TICKET button just sat
there spinning and nothing was ever created. It now comes back with a ticket number
straight away, and the team can read what you wrote.

• Pressing SEND TICKET gives you a ticket number and opens it - no more stuck button.
• If something goes wrong, you get a reason instead of a button that never comes back.
• Already have a ticket open about the same thing? You are taken to it instead of
  opening a second one.
• Your first message now shows in the ticket thread the way your reports do.
• Linux and Mac launchers get the "My account" subjects and the same fixes.
• While you are banned, "My account" points you at Appeal your ban instead of
  going quiet.

What to test

• Report Player > My account: pick a subject, write a sentence, send it. You should
  land on the ticket with a number.
• Open Tickets and check your own message is at the top of the thread.
• Reply on the ticket and make sure the team's answers show up.
• Report Player > Report a player and Appeal your ban should work exactly as before.

Found a problem? Send your launcher log (Settings > Logs) with the ticket number.
