PDFGeek 1.0.1

The installer now speaks Italian as well as English, and shows the GPL-3.0 licence during setup. Thanks to @bovirus for both.

The application itself is unchanged from 1.0.0 — if you are already running PDFGeek there is nothing here you need.

From this release on, both downloads are built and published automatically by GitHub Actions from the source in this repository, and SHA256SUMS.txt is generated on the runner alongside them.
