合并上游 mihomo Meta v1.19.30（从 v1.19.29 升级）
修复 cmd/main 启动脚本关键 bug：
- 修复端口被占用时 start() 提前返回导致 status page 不启动
- 移除 set -e 避免 curl/pkill 失败导致脚本提前退出
- status() 增加端口探测 fallback
- start_status() 增加端口占用检测
订阅状态文字改为可点击手动获取
