🐛 Fixes

  • the scratch rule lived where no subagent could read it (5ace0ee)
  • narrowing rule 7 opened git push origin HEAD (3e7976a)
  • rule 7 denied every feature push from a trunk checkout (3f86923)
  • the guard suite graded the runner's branch, not the guard (60476c4)

Other

  • revert(hooks): the over-block was the safe failure and I traded it away (a9e10bf)
