Features

• IOU_THRESHOLD env var exposes YOLO's NMS overlap-suppression threshold (default 0.7, matching prior behavior). Lowering it helps when two pets photographed close together or cuddling get merged into a single detection instead of two separate crops (addresses #44).

Fixed

• Pet names containing quotes or apostrophes (e.g. D'argo) broke the sidebar's edit/delete buttons, since the name was interpolated directly into an inline onclick string. Names are now passed through a data-name attribute instead (fix contributed by @thespragg in #45). The low-confidence scan panel's pet-assignment buttons had the same unescaped-name issue and are fixed too.
