Fixed

• Removing a pet's face (single ref or the whole pet) could leave the review tag (TAG_NAME) on the photo instead of stripping it. The untag step read a cached tag id directly instead of resolving it on demand like the tag-apply step does, so it silently did nothing whenever it was the first review-tag call made by a freshly started container.
• The tagging accuracy tool's recall/false-positive curve chart could render past the 100% mark due to axis padding, and didn't indicate the chart is clickable to set a threshold.
