Pre-release of the v2 line. Consumed through @teispace/next-maker 5.0.3.

Fixed

• .env.example ships a working NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL (http://localhost:3000, preserved by the -public marker that scripts/sync-env.ts honours). The variable is required in production builds, so pnpm build and pnpm validate failed right after copying the example to .env. Deployments still set their own value, and Docker builds still pass it as a build arg because .env is dockerignored.
• README quickstart no longer claims the copy step is optional.
