Desktop reliability patch for upgrades from v0.8.35 and v0.8.47.

Fixed:

  • macOS quit/reopen teardown is one-way, preventing reactivation against closed services.
  • The blue chat focus border appears only when two chat panes are visibly split.
  • Tall loaded or live remote-chat turns no longer overlap while transcript rows change height.
  • The Windows migration rehearsal has a scoped timeout so healthy release gates can complete.

Verified:

  • Full Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows typecheck, unit, mobile-component, and build gates.
  • Direct packaged v0.8.35 to v0.8.49 migration and restart.
  • Packaged v0.8.35 to v0.8.47 to v0.8.49 migration and restart.
  • macOS 12 minimum update metadata and complete macOS/Windows auto-update assets.

Notes:

  • Desktop only; native mobile versions and shared contracts are unchanged.
  • Builds are unsigned until production signing credentials are configured.
