  • Store settings account-wide and grey out unusable runes in picker; bump to v1.0.9
    Settings now save via SavedVariables instead of SavedVariablesPerCharacter,
    so widget position/scale/lock/notify prefs are shared across all characters.
    The rune picker also now renders every rune button even when the slot's
    current item can't be engraved right now, greying them out and disabling
    clicks instead of letting them silently no-op.
