v0.25.3: in lockstep with teko 0.25.4 on mc 1.0.1

teko v0.25.4 refuses &n, ref n and out n on a bare member name
(teko-lang #761, D97). The library's own sources do not change.

Gate, macos/aarch64, mc 1.0.1: strings_test 42, strings_panic_test 70,

Proven by the teko_std CI gate over this tag: two native legs
(linux/x86_64, macos/aarch64), each building the taught teko compiler
from teko v0.25.4 and running every fixture with it, plus the
language check.
