v0.26.0: in lockstep with teko 0.26.0 on mc 1.0.1

teko v0.26.0 teaches .ToString() on a core scalar (teko-lang #762, D98). A
minor there, so a minor here. The library's own sources do not change:
strings.tk builds its text with tk_str_from_i64 directly.

[deps] teko, the mc.lock row, the build config and the README all move to
0.26.0, tree hash

Gate, macos/aarch64, mc 1.0.1: strings_test 42, strings_panic_test 70,
ok language: 19 tracked sources carry no Portuguese.

Proven by the teko_std CI gate over this tag: two native legs
(linux/x86_64, macos/aarch64), each building the taught teko compiler
from teko v0.26.0 and running every fixture with it, plus the
language check.

No binaries are attached: this is a source library, and the archive a
consumer (or the mc registry) fetches is this tag's own source archive.
