[chart] Chart.yaml in 0.80.0 branch contains `devel` instead of actual versions?

Dear all,

the Chart.yaml in the 0.80.0 branch contains devel instead of actual version numbers for the chart version and the appVersion.

This looks correct in 0.79.1 and 0.79.0, so I daresay this is not intentional?
