flyverse 0.2.0

A whole-CNS Drosophila simulation on the MaleCNS v1.0 connectome (167,106 neurons, 25.6 M connections, brain and ventral nerve cord): a graded optic lobe feeding a leaky integrate-and-fire central brain and VNC, with colour vision, smell, taste, wind sense and a body that walks, jumps and flies. The female FlyWire releases FAFB v783 and BANC v888 load through the same API.

What's in it

• raw by default. The unchanged connectome, neuron model, receptor table, senses and motor readout, bit-identical on the CPU path. Nothing is adopted into raw. The opt-in instrumented preset names every stand-in, whether its law is sourced or unverified, and what would retire it (PRESETS_SPEC, INSTRUMENTS).
• Ten games and environments (games/README.md): Pong (MaleCNS vs FAFB), real Minecraft, Doom, a 6-DOF spacecraft, TRON light cycles, a Mars rover, a fly swatter, a hairdryer, a swarm and a sunrise. They use the public API with read-only, declared decoders. Every HUD tags each readout CONNECTOME, DECODER or GAME. Every clip is seed 0, 1 or 2, and the captions list every miss, splat and death, and where a random or one-line baseline does as well.
• An interpretability toolkit (flyverse.interp) for localizing a behavioural deficit to populations, synapses and links.
• Results and reproducibility: RESULTS, REPRODUCIBILITY, PREDICTIONS.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't turn on its own, hold a compass heading, fly without a push, or search for food. The README traces each gap to named cells. The bugs the games surfaced (the room's lamp light never reaches a surface, render_camera is mirrored, value_noise is constant along z, and most walking speed is a baseline constant) are listed in TODO.md section G and are unchanged in this release.

The games assume a CUDA GPU. The CPU test subset (python -m pytest -m "not gpu and not data and not cluster") needs no data.
