Spell check is frustrating and inaccurate due to being hardcoded US-only English

Steps to reproduce

The English spell checking is quite frequently full of false-positives for spelling because it's hardcoded to US-only, and doesn't support en_AU or en_UK spelling. I'm living in Australia, and I'm sure everyone using Telegram in the UK region would also prefer accurate language support.

Someone already made a related issue, but that was mentioning Windows 10. I'm on macOS so this isn't a problem specific to just one operating system.

Expected behaviour

The expected behaviour is to be able to type the word "behaviour" while in AU or UK region (I'm not being facetious, I literally had this problem occur just this morning).

Actual behaviour

Currently shows a false-positive to "behavior" in the spell check.

tdesktop uses system spell checker on both Windows and macOS, you have to configure that in your system settings

@ilya-fedin @Aokromes That is just objectively false. I'm in Australia, my macOS region was configured to Australia day 1 out of the box. The primary language is absolutely set to "English (Australia)" in the macOS System Settings. I definitely have not misconfigured the operating system.

Other apps like Discord automatically pick up on that and spell check the word "behaviour" correctly.

I can assume system API doesn't support different English flavors. Sadly discord is closed source so it's not known what it uses.

@ilya-fedin I installed the "Telegram for macOS" app and it handles Australian spelling just fine as well.
